Daily life
Warsaw is a capital / metropolis; Prague is a capital / metropolis. Warsaw is the practical choice for career-minded movers who want a big, safe, fast-growing capital at moderate prices. English is strong among younger workers and the city has the best direct flights to North America of our four countries. Expect harsh winters and a business-first rather than tourist-first feel. Prague is the most complete city of our four: fairytale center, dense metro and tram network, big international community and a path for freelancers via the zivno visa. It is no longer cheap, and the visa process is slow, but the quality of daily life is high.
